Is this a subscription?
No. One payment and it's yours. Updates are included and there's no renewal.
Does it work with any ClickUp plan?
Yes. It uses ClickUp's public API, which works on every plan including Free Forever. No special ClickUp subscription needed.
Is my ClickUp data safe?
Your API token goes directly from your browser to ClickUp. It never touches a Shine Bright Virtual server. We genuinely never see it.
Can I use it on multiple browsers or devices?
Yes. Enter your key once per browser and it saves. Works on your laptop, your desktop, wherever you work.
What if I lose my license key?
Email hello@shinebrightvirtual.com with your purchase email and we'll resend it right away.
Will it create duplicate tasks if I run it twice?
It will. It creates new tasks each time without checking what's already there. Just double-check your date range before you run it and you're good.
Does it work with platforms other than ClickUp?
Right now it's built specifically for ClickUp. Other platforms are on the roadmap.
